The young man that cleaned my carpet did an outstanding job. I have used Zerorez a few times before and always was satisfied with the job, but this young man did a more thorough job from the first moment he entered the house, pre-treating thoroughly the entire area, even under furniture and then cleaning every inch with as much energy and attention and care that you would think he was cleaning his own parents carpet. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone, and I especially would recommend this young man if I could. I don't know if you can request a certain service technician, but if you can, I would request Denario B.

Our technician did a great job!! He was able to answer my questions helping me to be familiar with the type of carpeting we had. The Berber carpeting was in the house we bought - did not know much about Berber carpet.

They were happy with the service, but I told them they would receive the free bottle of empowered water like I did when you did my carpet. They did not get one.
