Kat was amazing! She was very friendly, followed COVID protocols, cleaned my entire house very well, and did so with a smile even though it was raining the entire time she was there. My carpets look SO MUCH BETTER. I am thrilled every time I come home. She also treated my carpets with stain blocker so they will stay looking good for a while. I am very pleased with the service I received and will call Zerorez again when my carpets could use another bath.

I had heard a lot about Zerorez, and this was my first time using them. SO many great things to say about our service! The technician remembered and called me by name during the duration of the cleaning. He was thorough, honest, professional, and just all around a great, and down to earth technician.

I had originally requested to have a couch cleaned, but after doing a test run on a fabric sample, we found that it wasn't able to be wet cleaned. The technician was incredibly honest and knew about the results I wanted, and suggested I don't have them clean it.

Instead, I asked him to pack up our floor rug and take it to be cleaned instead - and he did it no questions asked (and this was not a part of the package I had signed up for). We added and changed a few minor things as well, and he was incredibly flexible with all of my requests.

Thanks for wearing masks, shoe booties, and using corner guards at the door frames! We can't wait to see what our rug looks like, and we will definitely use ya'll in the future again.
