Your tech was on time and was very thorough in his description of what he was going to do. He did exactly what he said in the timeline he said he would. It's refreshing to receive service as promised. My tech very friendly, courteous and took care to make my house was safeguarded from there hoses (they stretched all over the house). Best of all, our carpets look great!
