We inherited some hidden pet urine spots that our mini schnauzer was very quick to find and mark as her own: We later allowed a cat to stay with us who also took to the carpet in an undesired way. Our upstairs carpet smelled so bad we had to start sleeping downstairs. I spent a few hundred dollars researching and trying out different cleaning products, many of them labeled as enzymatic and even probiotic, but none kept the smell away for more than a day. Nearly a week after Zerorez, our house just keeps smelling better and better! The technician who came out was extremely nice and relatable. He was more than happy to take a few extra passes over our “problem” spots, going above and beyond whenever he could. I’m also the type of homeowner who likes to ask questions about how things work, and he was quick to show and tell about the process as he performed it. Take it from someone who has tried the DIY route... zerorez is worth it. The power their truck provides does way more than any rental or even highly rated “miracle” products on the market today. Save yourself some time, energy, and headaches.

He was really thorough in checking my carpet, got in his hands and knees scrubbing an unknown stain 😳 and gave me tips on maintaining my carpet.
