The guy who cleaned my carpet worked great. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. I would only recommend this company because of him. He did the best he could trying to clean my carpet, but I hate the product.

The worker was pleasant and polite. He immediately identified himself when I came to the door and he wore a mask. He explained everything I needed to know before and after doing the work. The carpets in the entire house were cleaned within two hours. I think he did an excellent job. I like that the products used will not leave any residue that will show up after being cleaned. I never had my carpets cleaned by professionals before. This was a pleasant experience. I will call Zerorez in the future and recommend them to others.
