Our technician did an awesome job. He took his time and made sure that the carpet was clean and all major spots were removed. He was extremely professional and informative.

The carpets feel nice and soft. They don’t feel gummy and I feel like they are chemical free. They dry quickly and the spotting was good however probably need to take a little bit more time and scrub a little harder, but all in all the technician was wonderful and my carpets really do look 10 times better. Eldy was my technician and I would give him a 10 out of 10.
