First I will preface that we have 2 dogs. We had a room cleaned and our sectional couch. The couch looks brand new as does the room. The technician was friendly and on time. Zerorz definitely exceeded our expectations.

Customer Service is everything to me. After the carpet dried and I could see it better in the natural sun light and still could see some stained spots. I called back and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and got me rescheduled. The tech came back (also with a good attitude) treated the spots and redid the entire family room. I am pleased.

The professional staff is an added bonus.Edwinly(spelling) dispatcher was of great service and very caring.He went above and beyond his duty to help in a booking glitch I made with multiple appointments.Derek the technician was kind as well.He was late for the appointment due to a scheduling error,we were an hour away(no fault of his). He was apologetic and very informative of his services.He did a great job! He ended up leaving late on a Saturday night and still with a positive attitude.
