He was honest about services we needed or didn't need, as well as give us suggestions for future services. Carpet looked better than expected and the drying time was ideal!!

How clean my carpet is and how professional and informative the rep was.

I like that there are no soaps to create a film on my carpet that would attract more dirt. The Zerorez water cleans up after my cats get sick and there's no mark.

The cleaning process didn't leave any residue or smell and the carpet turned out beautiful. I was thinking about replacing the carpet but thought I'd clean it first to see how clean it could get. The carpet turned out great and I don't have to buy new carpet! I highly recommend ZeroRez and I'll be using them again.
