1. Very responsive. I called a bunch of cleaning businesses and Zerorez responded right away and was able to schedule our cleaning for the next day.
2. Timely. I was told the tech would be here from 10-1pm. On the day of I received an email at 9am telling me they would be here in 30-40 minutes. They arrived precisely around then 9.40ish and did everything in about an hour without seeming rushed nor half doing the job.
3. Terrance was professional. We felt safe having him in our home. As we were told, he wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers while inside the house.

Scheduling with Zerorez was fast and easy, and they were very polite and professional. On the day of the appointment, the technician called to see if he could come early and showed up when he said he would. He showed me the pictures he took of my vents and told me they did not need cleaning of which i was very appreciative. I asked him lots of questions, also about the air quality in my home and ended up having a humidifier installed. He did a great job of cleaning out my dryer vent. The whole time he was here he was friendly and professional, and cleaned up every area he was in. The price was extremely reasonable, so i will be using them again pretty soon.
