Best carpet cleaning I've had compared to the few other companies I had used prior years. The gentleman who came to take care of my apartment carpet was very Nice, Polite and Knowledgable about Zerorez products used for cleaning/washing my carpets. AMAZING WORK done w a minimal of atleast 2 hours of total dry time. Although I currently live in Rental and it is the managements responsibility to have the carpets cleaned/wash free of cost to me! I Honestly had the apartments company come to wash th carpets 2 years ago the carpet was Hardly cleaned and our carpets were Totally WET for 24 hours and within just several day if there were any stains they all creeped up on top and got derrière more ! , Zerorez not only washed my carpet, removed stains and treated my carpet with thei product in Nov 2020 ..... The carpet still look amazingly clean and NO RETURN OF THE BEST OLD STAINS.

You can clean carpets as wells as rugs. You can offer other services such as fogging and cleaning tile floors ( by the way our tile floors looked good as new when done). You come exactly when you say. Thanks

Great techs!

At least in our case, the technician was super good about keeping us informed about the progress or lack thereof for whatever reason. He showed us some of the dirt the machine picked up and kindly left some of the treated water they use so we could spray it on spots where the dog decided to leave a gift. I also love the design they leave on carpeting.

The only service I have used so far is the air duct and furnace cleaning at two separate properties and I must say that the service is first rate, the teams have been very professional and they explain every step of the process. Great company. I highly recommend.

You are very responsive to customer needs and communication is superb! I was literally walked through every step on what could be cleaned and what could possibly be leftover from my coffee stains. The rug looked good as new when I got it back, but at least they were honest and did a great job about the stain!

Jason was the guy who always picks up/delivers my rug and he was very patient with me, even when I was late. He and his associate assessed the rug and made sure they handled with care.

There is no detergent and it smells clean although I had to wait several days for a portion of the carpet to dry and I knew that because it was treated well. I am still using the bottle of stuff the guy left me and will need a refill soon. There are several spots that came back. I am going to work on some of them today. I hope I don’t have to have the tech come back out but I know you guarantee your work so let me see how today goes.

My technician, Rodrick was very professional and provided prompt service. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and was honest about the stain removal. I had the family room, bedroom, hallway, and stairs done and I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpets. I highly recommend using Zerorez

Your tech was very polite. Once dry the carpet looked like new. One surprise though is additional fee for carpet deodorizer.
