I have used Zerorez a couple of times now and have been very happy with your service. The technician that came this week, Trayvon, was very personable and professional. He took time to explain things to me about cleaning agents I have been using and also took his time doing the carpets and they have never looked better. I have had other companies send people here and they are done within 30 minutes. He was so thorough and did an excellent job. I have a young son, a dog, and 2 cats, so our carpets take a beating! I will definitely use your service again!

The professionalism from the staff and explanation of services. The fact that when I came home, the carpet was basically dry and, obviously with their technology, there is no chemical smell.
