I'm so grateful for the tech that came out! I was running late from dropping my dog off at a friends place and then had to jump right into work when I got back. He quickly gave me an overview, helped me understand the pet stain upgrade (so glad I did) and then knocked out the cleaning in no time. We can feel how clean it is and the customer service was off the charts awesome! Thank you

I like Jordan and my carpet was very clean. I don’t like I had to pay $16 service charge to come out to clean my carpet and a price to clean the carpet too. The $16 is for what? It’s not a tip for the employees. It would be nice if it was. This is the first time paying a service charge to have a company come out to clean my carpet. I will probably not use the company again because of that. The job was very good!
Love my clean carpet. Will look for another company that is that good and does not charge a service charge of $16.
