Customer Service is everything to me. After the carpet dried and I could see it better in the natural sun light and still could see some stained spots. I called back and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and got me rescheduled. The tech came back (also with a good attitude) treated the spots and redid the entire family room. I am pleased.

The professional staff is an added bonus.Edwinly(spelling) dispatcher was of great service and very caring.He went above and beyond his duty to help in a booking glitch I made with multiple appointments.Derek the technician was kind as well.He was late for the appointment due to a scheduling error,we were an hour away(no fault of his). He was apologetic and very informative of his services.He did a great job! He ended up leaving late on a Saturday night and still with a positive attitude.

He did a great job, I can't get over the difference.
I have tried to clean that floor on my hands and knees so I know it isn't an easy job.
The dispatcher called me to alert me to his arrival in the next 25 min. and he was a few minutes early.
