I love first and foremost the professionalism and thoroughness of your tech Francis Banks and how well she explained the process of cleaning my carpet. She took pride and ownership of zerorez products and her service to do her job. I recently had Stanley Steamer to do my downstairs and Zerorez to do the upstairs so I could compare which would do a better job. Needless to say, my husband and I were wowed at the difference.
