The appointment time was accurate. The service tech was professional. He had a trainee with him also. Both were very polite. Professional and answered all my questions. The floors were very clean, the knap came back and we have light beige carpeting. I was amazed at the way floors came out. at least 70% brighter. And contrary to some of the advertisements seen on TV they did not pre treat with any chemicals. I asked for pet odor control to be applied. that was the only thing they sprayed on the carpet.. Other than that it was just their use of the water like they advertise. So if you have pets and worn out looking carpets. Call ZeroRez you will be very satisfied.

No chemicals and the carpet does come clean. Some spot remover helps on tough stains.
Our technician Belik was courteous and helpful. Kept us up to date as to what was going on and even was able to come back and finish the job since the truck broke down. He did everything in his power to keep the job going but had to leave and get another truck. Although it was late, we appreciated him coming back to finish the job with a smile on his face.

Zerorez has done a fantastic job in my house twice now. They are quick, courteous and careful while in the house and the people who represent them are friendly and thorough. They get the carpets very clean.

As I understand it, you are a 'green' company. The technicians (both days) cleaned the carpet thoroughly, leaving no excess water to cause a mildew smell. That's what I like most. A clean carpet and a fresh smell when it dries. The carpets dried quickly, within the 4- 6 hour time span that the technician stated.
