Brian Hunt was our technician. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets in our master bedroom, living room, and our stairway. He inspected all three to determine what would be needed to get the maximum results. Brian is very friendly, professional, and thorough in his work. The next time we use Zerorez we would like to have Brian return to do the job.
First of all, the professionalism and company dress code let me know this was a great company. Believe me when I say I have seen technicians wear anything with their company shirts, even slides with socks. Then Joel explained the service, the treatment, details about my area rugs and completed a walk-through with me. I was very impressed and happy with the level of service received.
