Your employees were kind, friendly, efficient--altogether a delight to work with, As far as the rug you cleaned, so far, so good. I had to send it to you because the cat misused. For a number of reasons, it has been a stressful time for him. When the rug came back, he carefully smelled it but so far has not misused it. Thank goodness!

I was able to get serviced before Christmas. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The only downside was that he had to come back and redo the stairs. Overall, he did a good job and I have already recommended Zeroez to others and will be using their services again soon.
