The technicians did an excellent job. The floors look almost new and are ready for perspective home buyers to view our home. They were thorough, courteous, and professional. I am impressed with the swiftness that someone responds to my survey comments, which tells me that you want to ensure customer satisfaction. The only reason that I did not provide a 10 survey score is that I believe the pricing is a bit high for the time spent in the home, but I've done this myself and have no interest in cleaning carpets or grout again myself.
