Great high quality carpet cleaning. Our carpets look Amazing and our technician was Amazing. Emmanuel was very professional, knowledgeable, very courteous and was very cautious in our house with everything he done. He was very respectful which you don't see much more in America. Extremely effective. You’re able to get out pet stains, other stains. The scotch guard helps to prevent permanent stains. Fast service and reasonable pricing.

First and foremost let me start with the customer service rep, the actual person that did my carpet cleaning... This man was so nice & had such professional mannerisms!!! I was really impressed! He was easy to talk to and did an Amazing job on my carpets!!!
NOW let's talk about the ZEEOREZ PRODUCT itself... I had some stains & I know the longer you wait on getting them cleaned, the harder it is to get them up AND... I know the stains by my bed were at least 2 years old... ZEROREZ got it clean!!! ABSOLUTELY removed those old stains!!!

Great service but the price should include all the product that removes smells and stains. It was too expensive so all my stains were not removed. I will not use Zerorez again.
