Jaret was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He walked through each room with me to discuss what was needed and what he was going to do. One room in particular his knowledge of needing to do pad extraction for the issue we had was key in making sure it was done the right way. Positive experience from start to finish!

I like how quickly the carpets dry after cleaning completed.
My technician was so pleasant and professional. He complied fully with all Covid precautions. He listened carefully as we did our walk through and took note of which areas were particularly important to me. After he completed his work, he asked me to walk through with him and check to see if my concerns had been addressed. Before leaving, he advised me of safety concerns to be aware of to prevent falling or slipping.
