I absolutely love Zerorez and its approach to cleaning carpets. I don't have to worry about chemicals with my children and pets and they do an absolutely amazing job! Emmanuel was our servicer and he was wonderful. He very clearly gave us a list of what to expect, instructions during carpet drying, suggestions to keep things looking nice. He even told us what they can and can't get out of the carpet (things that will cause permanent staining). He was so knowledgeable and nice. The whole experience was greater than a 10 on the scale. Zerorez is the only cleaner I use and recommend. One of the things that came with the service we chose was scotch guarding one room and the hallway. We also got a bottle of deodorizer to use for any stinky issues we may run across, especially with boys' bedrooms.
