The technician, Steven, was great to work with!
Explained everything prior, and went over different steps and accomplishments as they happened. They are older carpets and he did a wonderful job.

They were on time. The the man who was proving the service was curitious and knowledgeable. He did a good job and went about his job professionally. He explained everything beforehand and what it would cost. I would diffently use them again.

I feel safe to let my kids on the carpet! I have heard horror stories about kids smelling the carpet after “other” companies have cleaned the carpets and then causing health problems.
