Zerorez is my go to carpet cleaner for the last 10 years at least. They have gotten some tough stains out that I thought were impossible. They are always on time, courteous and very available when I need them. Holidays months they get busy but call early to get your spot! I’ll miss them when I move.

I was not really sure what to expect. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. However, your guy did a great job. Not only did he show me stains that I didn't even know about, he explained his stain removal approach, the use of some other cleaner to eliminate smell, and then what I could expect when he was done. And when he was done...WOW!. The carpet looked, and smelled, really good. He was also able to remove stains from the carpet that a different company could not remove. Your representative did a fantastic job. I am very impressed and pleased with the outcome. You guys are now my GO TO in the future.
