Our technician William S. Was very professional and informative. He was not pushy. He was polite and easy to talk to. I have never had my home professionally cleaned. I have always done it myself. He made some very old carpet look new and worked miracles. I have two young boys and he even took extra time to dig some hidden ground in pop rocks out of the carpet. 🤦♀️ I am super content with the communication throughout the process. Looking forward to never cleaning my own carpets again. Thanks Zerorez . You have a great technician working for you.

Bill was so very polite and professional! I do have stains coming back through now that it's drying but they've been that way since I moved in. Everything else looks great and smells great!!!
Great service by our technician
Daryl showed up on time, masked up, and politely handed me a business card. He proceeded to conduct a room by room survey to confirm the service requested. He asked if I had any problem areas and explained the service in detail. All the proper equipment was used (corner protectors, carpet slippers, and drying fans) and he asked that I confirm I was satisfied with the service before settling the invoice. Well done by a true professional!
There were a couple of stains that concerned me most however, Denerio B was professional, courteous, and honest when I asked if he could remove them. He said I can't promise you but I will do my best to remove them. Fortunately, he exceeded my expectations. Kudos to you.
Tech explained everything. Only took 2 days to book. I am very happy with the carpet. Was considering replacing the carpet, but after Zerorez came I changed my mind. Every stain was removed.
