Carlton went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It was a re-do because I wasn’t happy with my original results. Our Technician, Tyson, and the service were fantastic. I cannot believe the difference in our 15 year old berber carpet. I didn't think the carpet could get that clean but Tyson kept working at it (with different treatments) and did an amazing job! All our carpets looked like new, just in time for our open house. Our house sold in 3 days!
