When you buy a product the key selling point for me is the communication with the folks I speak to from start to finish. My initial contact for scheduling was via phone with a pleasant staff person who patiently answered questions. The tech who arrived - is the key to my '10' recommendation. Emmanuel was extremely well spoken, patiently answered questions before starting - even including explaining to me the type of cleaning needed for my job (dry vs wet) and the differences in fabrics. Who knew I would get this much education - it was indeed an added bonus to the service he provided.
Emmanuel arrived on time for my 2 hour window and his time estimate from start to finish was on point.
