The presurvey of the areas to be cleaned and the recommendations made were very helpful to make sure we got the results we were aiming for. Areas of concern were treated correctly, wear patterns were addressed and the carpet looks great for being 6 years hold.

It’s clean

We have always been happy with Zerorez in the past. Our most recent visit - not so much. The tech was semi-friendly and left a large spot untreated (which I had pointed out to him). I treated it with your Zerorez spray after he left, and I was able to remove most of the spot. He also up charged me $20 for an "oversize" room that I've never been charged for before. I asked for a $20 refund, but I have not received the refund to date.

I prefer to not have this tech visit our home again. Please DO NOT SHARE THIS COMMENT WITH MY NAME ATTACHED WITH THE TECH.

I will give Zerorez one more try, but if I am unhappy then that will be the last visit scheduled.

Otherwise, all visits have been excellent.

The service was excellent and the technician was outstanding. His name is Mike.
I called back the next day and I’ve yet to hear from Zerorez regarding some spots which have come back, which were not caused by animal secretions. I would like to hear back from someone again to retreat some spots.
