The Technician that performed my carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. I had tough stains that he worked very hard to remove and was successful. I had a ton of questions and he patiently and politely answered all. He worked fast but conscientiously, seemed to have an approach to getting it done right. I love that he finished with a clean swiffer to remove any water that went onto my hard wood floors. I'm very pleased with the results!

Sakar and Jay were very professional and knowledgeable of which I truly appreciated. However, I did not appreciate that they knocked over a plant spiling dirt and damaging my plant without telling me. I did not discover this until after they left and I was cleaning up all of the debris.
