Don’t really participate in programs and activities. I find some of the programs to be rather expensive on top of a membership. Don’t understand why some classes are free and others cost a significant amount of money.

I like the egym . Donna that was my instructor was fabulous. She explained everything to me in detail. I also attended a zumba class and the instructor was wonderful.

I just use the stationary bikes and lift weights (both free and machined). Equipment is well-maintained and the times I go are not too busy (early to mid-morning).

Child watch is awesome for a stay at home mom.

I like the. Swimming lap Pool as well as the Competitive Lap pool. I am elderly and the water temperature makes a difference.

I don’t find the Pickle Den user friendly. I am not great with tech. The 48 prior sign up is difficult and I miss just coming and joining in and participating with time choice.

I play in the State of Maine and I like the freedom and social aspect without the online sign up. I know Westchester had that before. Too much tech can be difficult for people who age and the “Y” is the mist inclusive organization there is. We should not lose this. We do so at our peril……because all of us get old and can be left out and left behind
