I feel there is something for everyone, our suggestions are often addressed. The staff is readily available to help and answer questions. Social activities are varied and I feel I have learned a variety of physical exercise towards a more active lifestyle!

There are plenty of options to chose from, swimming, free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, stretching area and a wide choice of group exercise classes with incredible instructors. Every person I have come in contact with at the Y has been very knowledgeable.

The directors and counselors are great! Flexibe, kind, loving and super fun people! Our son loves it!

I think the Airport Road "Y" needs to be more forthright with its members, for example:
1. I hesitated to return because I wanted to swim in the diving well. No one told me that you were short LifeGuards, so you could not open the well.
2. The building does not feel safe, there is no additional air flow, especially in the locker rooms. Members continue to run wall fans!
3. Though they have two air purifiers at the Airport Road "Y," for the square footage, they need more. Probably not a bad idea to add them to the locker rooms?

COVID is not going away, members need to be updated on continuing protections.

We loved taking out little one to water discovery. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I only wish the YMCA was offering this program to non members in the summer.
