What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the different classes. I just wish the barre classes were more “barre” work and not so much pilates type of work. Its nice that there is a barre in the room but so far I’ve taken two classes with two different instructors and I think only one time touched the barre.
Everything else is great. I need to explore the place more. I don’t know where anything is quite yet.

I love the low impact work outs like the acqua fit classes. Great all body work out without the pain!

I like that there is a variety of classes & activities for young, old, and in-between. I attend both Jorge and Jen's Zumba classes in the evening. Jen subbed for Jorge on 9/27 and her classes are always fun and a good workout, as are Jorge's.

I haven’t had a chance to try any classes or organized activities yet but the fitness center and lap pool are fantastic. I’m really enjoying it so far. Next up is a yoga class.

The good variety of class offerings throughout the day. I really enjoy the meditative aspects of some of the yoga classes.
