Silver Sneaker group classes are an excellent way to stay fit and prevent injury for elderly members like my wife and I. Instructors are wonderful teachers as well as motivators to keep us active !

After several year hiatus, our family recently returned to the YMCA. The staff is always friendly, approachable and engaging. The equipment is kept in great condition and the facility is clean and appealing!

Zumba! Classes get me out of the house and active. (Need a better system for substitutes, however, as class gets cancelled too often under the current system.)

I'm only in my second week with e-gym, but interested to see if it will make a difference in muscle tone.

I've mentioned this before, but I really think it's time to invest in repainting the traffic lines at the Airport Road entrance. More than once, an exiting car wanting to turn left has been in the in-coming lane, making it impossible to pull in (and therefore backing up traffic on Airport Road). It could be dangerous!

Friendly staff members, clean and a variety of exercise machines as needed.

"Miss Kris" is an excellent instructor! She carefully guides her students so they can learn the essential skills of swimming while not being overwhelmed. She also has the patience of a saint!

Our only disappointment is that the next "level" of instruction was "sold out", and unavailable.

I would really love to have the main gym upstairs be 24 hours

I have had an extremely positive experience since I joined recently. My Personal Trainer, Kim is the best!!! I have joined E-GYM and it is just great for this Grandma!! Name removed
