What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have found the instructors to be very helpful and interested in me as an individual in classes. They offer modifications either more or less to help each person have the best experience. This is the first time I've seriously worrked out in my life and everyone has made me feel welcome and offer any assistance they can give to me.

There are a few instructors that stand out and have really encourages me to work hard and challenges me to do my best.

Well, so far I've only used the pool for classes with Kevin and Chrissy. They are both fabulous instructors. My friend and I have been going regularly since we joined last September.

You have a multitude of various equipments for many types of exercises and members which is a great benefit for many!

I do not appreciate your removal of one of two NuStep bicycles however. The claim was that they weren’t used enough. Well, maybe because I wasn’t using it for a few months because I wasn’t able to go to the Y due to sickness. The NuStep was replaced by a bike that certainly isn’t used by many. NuStep machines are used by handicapped and elderly that are unable to use regular bikes. Big mistake on your part!

The pool and the showers. I came over from a different club and the pool is way better balanced chemically. Also it’s nice to have a big lap pool and the guards are nice.

Our daughter started the YMCA programs at a very young age. I have seen how the Y programs have turned her into a big responsible 7 year old.

The facility is always clean and well maintained. Also, there are plenty of friendly staff to manage the facility. The selection of equipment is excellent and well maintained. We are fortunate to have a YMCA like the West Chester YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Brandywine YMCA. It literally has it all. The club I belonged to for 17 years closed due to the pandemic. I was concerned that I would not find a facility that I like as much. The Brandywine YMCA put that concern to bed. My expectations were vastly exceeded.

My wife and I went to our eGYM orientation. The instructor was very helpful. Great session and we are looking forward to using the eGYM in the future!

wonderful facility...all of the personnel are friendly and helpful. The machines and stretch areas are clean and accessible. In turn, that helps people using the facility to react in a positive way.
