Airport Road- need more single hand grips for the cable exercise machines. You purchased two more machines- but no more accessories. Also- can use one more rack for cable accessories.

I really like playing pickleball at the location. There was a nice group of people and even though there were 2 different sign ups for the same time slots everyone played together across all 4 courts.

Good activities wishing there would be more beginner pickleball. Wait list for beginners is always long.

Overall it is a very good program with dedicated staff who are good at what they are doing , helpful and friendly.

The swim team is absolutely amazing! I am in upstate NY for a qualifying meet with my son. He attended last year and was the only Marlin. This year, there are 8 WCAY Marlins swimming (more qualified!)! What a difference having fellow teammates makes! My son is thrilled to be here with his friends. The WCAY Marlins are doing phenomenal things in the water and have incredible connections outside the pool - for swimmers and parents alike. Coach Barry has an excellent program and the Marlins families truly embody what it means to be a community. We are blessed to be part of the Marlins Family!

The West Chester Y is a great place.

I appreciate the virtual classes and the running/walking track.

I wish I understood the in-door pool schedule better. The pools inside and outside are lovely.

I appreciate everyone on the staff. . . from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Every staffer has a very important job keeping the entire facility sailing in the right direction.

Both my daughters age 4 and 6 has been learning swimming from West Chester Area, YMCA and they both love it. It's been a year now since they started their lessons and they have learn alot and I do see a huge improvement compare to the other swim lessons they took before joining the Y and West Chester branch in particular has the best swimming instructors .

Instructor are very supportive with kids. Reception area people are always welcoming with smile.

Last week March 25th the substitute instructor was great. She was in the water with them instructing one student at time. So I appreciate seeing that as a parent.
