I am going on 82, and I have been in a wheelchair since I was wounded in Vietnam combat in 1967. I cld not ask for better Ys than this West Chester one & the UMLY which I also attend. Plus, the cheerful kids at both facilities always make my day whenever I visit. May God Bless y'all.

I got my son to join. He was at LA Fitness like I was. I joined because my wife sang your high praises. Once I took the tour it was a no brainer.

Plenty of exercise equipment. Spacious work out area. Track is a nice bonus for my walking. Everything is clean, especially the bathrooms. Nice job!
My only concern is that even though you have it posted on the equipment too many people sit on the equipment between sets. It is usually the more popular and more frequently used pieces.
Maybe a few brightly colored signs that say PLEASE DO NOT SIT ON THE EQUIPMENT BETWEEN SETS… YES THIS MEANS YOU :)

We love swimming.

The Y has everything that I need for my fitness needs. The ability to use multiple locations gives me the flexibility to fit my workouts into my busy life. Furthermore, everyone at the Y is nice and friendly.

Good variety of classes and programs. However, I signed my child up for Preschool Musical at West Chester. When we went for the first class, it had been cancelled, but we were not informed. Disappointing as my son was looking forward to the class.

Pool is so warm I can actually enjoy it with my kid!

The instructors are very friendly and interested in their students.

Love the class/group instructors so much!! They are a fabulous, cohesive group of professionals. They are very bonded and care about eachother and us. It really shows.

The instructors are wonderful. They work great with each kids different swim level. Instructors help make fearful students feel comfortable in the pool. A informative lessons but gentle approach.

I was having a problem with my sign in. Gary was extremely helpful and so very Kind. He made everything fine and made it so easy. I really appreciated his help . He is an asset to be at the front desk to help. Name removed

Easy to access and use

My 5 year old had a blast at healthy kids day 2023! We spent hours in the pool this weekend, their indoor pool is great and the perfect temperature!

I currently only use the weight machines, the E-Gym equipment and the indoor track.
