I like the ease of registering for swim classes, the instructors, the number of shower spaces, cleanliness and spaciousness of locker room.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Silver Sneaker program that I’ve been going to these past few months. All the instructors are fabulous, no matter which one. I’m glad my friend bugged me to sign up for the Y again.

The yoga instructors offer so many different levels of practice - and all are SO welcoming!

Group class instructors and masters swim group are excellent. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Sense of community with members and staff is very high. The Y is a friendly place.
