Amazed how handle the resent police officer incident- very impressed.

Wc ymca has good programs and a nice facility. One issue I have is with the indoor pools. When you walk in the smell of chlorine is so strong it burns your nose and your eyes. My daughter has complained about it too. I'm concerned about the level of chemicals in the pool. Also this wasn't an isolated incident, it's every time we have walked into the indoor pool area. It's the indoor family pool area and you can smell the other indoor pool that's deeper, when you stretch on the balcony area. Please consider altering the chemicals or keeping better track of the air quality. I doubt it's safe for kids

The room where I had Yoga was spacious and the temperature was just right.

I love that my daughter has lots of different activities she participates in throughout the day. I like that she’s learning all the classic camp songs. There hasn’t been one day she hasn’t told me she’s had fun.

The counselors at camp are fantastic. My girls love going each year

I enjoy the options available. The e gym is especially nice as it is tailored to me and takes the guesswork of which weight to use and how much.
The lite strength and wellness circuit are great but it is really hard to get into them. I realize the room is small and can only accommodate 10 people at a time but could more classes be added?
Also with the classes in the gym the music
Is so loud it kind of echos because the room is so big and it is hard to heard the instructor.
A big thanks to the person who organized the resurfacing of the parking lot around the hundreds of cars and people coming and going every day!

I have mostly just been using the rec pool and the e-gym. I like the friendly feel as soon as I walk in the door. Also, I discovered the personal changing rooms (near the pool), and I want to give a shout out to how clean they are kept. I have met the custodian, and he does a great job.

I love the West Chester outdoor pool, my kids want to come here every day. The food trucks make it easy for us to come have an easy dinner & relax, and I know this will be long lasting memories for my kids.

One suggestion though is that I wish that there were CDC pool safety signages around the pools
