We made the appointment and Remington was on time. He did a quick survey of the rugs and told us what he planned to do. We watched him and he really worked hard to get the carpet clean. I thought underneath the Lazy Boy chair it was really dirty from the tracks on the chair. He said he sees a lot worse. He answered all our questions. Today the rug is dry and really looks good. You don't use harsh chemicals and the carpet dries rather quickly.

First, I would like to praise Sedrick, He was incredible! Very presentable, very polite and explained in detail everything about the cleaning as well as options available. That being said, and we certainly agreed to do so, but we feel the large rug cleaning price was too high, we would not do that again. We Love the fact that you use no chemicals, but regret the cleaning did not remove some traffic stains, as well as some small stains due to a water issue. I am not sure they can be removed, but my wife would like to look at another option, possible with a chemical cleaner.

Prompt, professional, and the quality of the clean was great. The carpet was not very wet afterwards, unlike other companies, and it smelled very clean.
We have used Zerorez twice right now in our home. The first time we had them clean our carpets and we had a really bad spot where our cat kept peeing and they took care of that so well that you didn't even know it was there and the cat stopping going there.
Then, just this Friday we had them out to clean the ceramic tile in our laundry room and kitchen. We have had the tile for a while and didn't realize how dirty it really was until we put the same tile in the rest of our house. I was amazed at how wonderfully it cleaned up and how it turned out!! It looks like the brand new tile we just installed. Great job Zerorez!
No chemicals involved
Trevon was extremely professional, friendly and explained all the pricing to us very thoroughly so we could decide our treatment options. We even had our appointment moved up on a Saturday due to some cancellations which was nice. Excellent communication. We had some pretty severe urine stains from two pups, our previous dog, not to mention our eight year old son and normal wear and tear; they looked so beautiful when he was done and it smelled great. It was pretty pricey but worth every penny to us (we needed it) to have our carpets looking close to new again. Thank you ZEROREZ! Happy customers here!
