the tech was really good and nice. My only concern was that the carpet felt a bit stick after he cleaned it but when dry is fine. Just wondering if you guys put something in the cleaning solution to attract dirt after the cleaning. I will find out as the year moves along.

Drying time very professional
Our salesman, Trevon, was GREAT! He explained the products and services in full and all of the additional information about your company. The only complaint is that we assumed that the cleaning would be under furniture that was left in the rooms and it looks like the cleaning was done all around, but not under. This was our fault for assuming. Cleaning was great, will use in the future!
Sedrick was amazing. I called ZeroRes to try to revive my carpet from my rental property after vindictive tenants left it a complete mess and deliberately tried to ruin the carpet. He was able to get most if not all the carpets completely cleaned and eliminated the need to replace all the carpets. Sedrick was professional, courteous and explained everything before he started to make sure I knew the cost of the service and agreed with what he was going to do. Definitely will use again when the next tenants move out-just hope it won't be in such bad shape the next time.

I love the way my carpets look and the smells and stains are gone. Colin, our technician was amazing. Please do not call your special 3 rooms for $129 if there is automatically a $15 water disposal fee. Please cal it a $144 special. It is quite deceiving to your customers. However, now that I am an informed customer, I would definitely recommend and use ZEROREZ again. Great job, everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable and my carpets look brand new.
