This was my second carpet cleaning with ZeroRez. Our 3 year old carpet looks like new again!! The technician, Jared, was fabulous! He took his time, explained things thoroughly, and did an excellent job. Our dog had had some "problems" in one room, and I'd tried many things to remove the underlying odor that came out with humidity. Jared took care of it with a deeper cleaning of the spots. Hooray!

Easy to schedule. Technician gives time and showed up on time. Very polite young man. Very good job cleaning carpet.
The cleaner, Reginald, was very nice, explained exactly what he was doing, warned that some spots might reappear, and was very professional. It took about 24-30 hours for the carpets to be really, really dry, plus running fans over the bigger rooms. Overall it was a good job performed by a nice young man.
