My service specialist was awesome! However I was disappointed that none of the small furniture items were moved and there was no attempt to clean underneath raised surfaces like my bed. I expected coffee tables, chairs, floor lamps etc to be moved and cleaned under and they were not. I ended up moving some things myself. For that reason alone I would likely choose another provider if I really wanted a deep clean for my carpets.

Great customer service. They were able to schedule an appointment to clean my carpets within a couple of days. Colin was very detailed and honest with his opinion on how well he could remove the stains in the my carpet. He was in and out within 20-30 minutes and the carpets look brand new! I will definitely use them again.

I needed a redo as the first technician was very nice but missed some spots. The second technician was extremely professional and such a hard worker. I know he went over and above what was required of him and certainly more than what I expected (or what would have been satisfactory with me).
