They came at a decent time within the 3 hour time slot given, as in they didn't wait until the last possible time they gave, which was nice. They were extremely friendly and did great work! The carpets were dry and good to go by the next morning. We had the cleaning done by 3PM the day before.

My service was amazing. The carpet looks better than we moved in 10 years ago. Our tech was even able to get out pieces of gum that were ground into the carpet.

Wonderful service, professional and very polite. Our "white" carpet has been destroyed by pets and children on our main floor. Stains included silly putty, honey, olive oil, food, and pet accidents. They took out all the stains and left it looking almost brand new! Definitely will use again
