Excellent all around: Ease of scheduling (and had to re-schedule...again it was easy to do with great customer service). The BEST cleaning we have had since the last time ZeroRez came. (We had another company in between). The young man was courteous, attentive, thorough in cleaning (and in treating spots that we could not believe he could get out). We will only have carpets cleaned by you from now on. The BEST experience ever. I wish i could remember his name (it was unusual). He even left footies for us to wear on the damp carpet (which was not very wet). Every room and every flight of stairs look beautiful. thank you so much for great service and even better cleaning
I was quite surprised to see how much water was sucked up from the carpet. My cleaning person said the carpets would be dry in 10 hours and they were. Jared was very polite.

Did a get job on my carpets, I had some pet stains that had been there for a while. The employee (Remington) was very informative and walk me through exactly what he was going to do. The price was a bit more than I expected but the job was great. I have already recommend to a neighbor.
