Cedric was great, very personable and professional. He came right on time, calling 15 minutes before arriving to give us a heads up.
He informed us about any additional charges if we chose additional services. One of which, the sanitization service was extra which surprised me because of the ads pushing "cleans and sanitizes carpets" it sounded like it was all part of the basic service.
The carpet was definitely cleaner, it looked great! Unfortunately there were a couple stains that came back sfter drying that I thought were gone when he was finished. I will try something else on the spots, hopefully I can find something to work.
