We have old carpet and we're putting off replacing it until we no longer have dogs. We've had out carpets cleaned "professionally" before, which only left us with a "clean" carpet that highlighted the stains they didn't get out.
This cleaning, however, was different. The carpet is clean AND, with the exception of a couple small hard-core stains, it is a consistent, bright color throughout.
Remington was very professional and did a great job. Carpets look great. The only issue was that the couch and loveseat were not moved to clean and since they had been moved to take other furniture out, once they were returned to their original spot, the carpet wasn't clean. I need someone to come back out and do those two areas, please.
We were very pleased with the courteous technician-Sedrick. He was very professional and did an outstanding job and our carpets look amazing! We liked the phone call notifying his eta the morning of, the short time it took to clean 3 rooms, and some comic relief. He made sure we were aware of the process and the available options without being pushy. Great service! Will use them again!
