Everything was great. Our technician was very thorough and professional. The carpets looked and smelled great when he left. The ONLY problem was, after he left, his van leaked oil on my driveway. This is the ONLY problem I encounter. And I did not notice this until about two hours after he drove away and I was leaving for work.
I liked how honest Colin was with us! He was able to recommend the right services to best meet our needs!

The carpets looked great I’ve been using a competitor for years but was disappointed when some spots didn’t come out in our spare bedroom carpet. A year later we have zerorez out and the spots are gone! The tech was personable, polite, and informative. An overall great experience!
