Colin was the technician that came out to the house and he was wonderful. I was at work at the time but he made sure to call me and let me know everything he was doing. He was very efficient and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. I am very happy with the results. We had a dog urine odor in the downstairs area which is now gone.

Very surprised how clean my carpets looked afterward. I have 3 dogs that "slip-up" occasionally so had quite a few "pee spots" that I was doubtful that anyone could do anything with. Not to mention the carpeting is 7-years old too.
After Cortez was done instead of looking like he cleaned the carpets it looked like he replaced them all!!!!!!
