Not only is ZeroRez environmentally friendly, but also the technician was very thorough in explaining the process and performing the cleaning. Additionally, he cared about the safety of the customer and not only cautioned me about stepping from damp carpet on the stairs onto the hardwood flooring, but also put my little rug at the bottom of the stairs to prevent slipping. He also put on booties to protect my flooring. He was the most thorough and thoughtful of any of the carpet cleaning companies that I've had.
I like the clean feel of the process, using water instead of a lot of chemical solution. No fragrances. Dries quickly. Looks so much cleaner. Two spots were removed.
The young man who did the work was very pleasant. I am 84 and he was respectful and helpful. I could not move much of the furniture, so he did move what he could. He put the plastic squares under the legs of the furniture which he had moved.

The tech that came was very friendly and informative. He was able to remove the bright orange stain from silly putty that was dropped onto the carpet. I will definitely be using them again.
We recently had our air ducts cleaned. The service was very thorough. I received a before, after and during video. The service of our technician was above average! He was very kind and answered all questions I had throughout the process.
