I have severe chemical allergies, as well as dust and pollen, and Zerorez makes our carpeting smell better than new because the "new" smell is gone, so it simply smells clean! Our techs are always Incredibly courteous, professional, and super nice (we've had 2, with 3 cleanings). The process is quick and very thorough, and seriously made the 3 yr. old carpet look like new!
