The quality of work from our Techs was phenomenal. They had great personalities and that is very important when it comes to a job like that where you have to be in a strangers home for an extended period of time. They were always very informative and on top of keeping me updated on their progress as well.

I was completely satisfied with my carpet cleaning. Score it 10’s across the board! The carpet is noticeably cleaner, especially the dark path from the garage to kitchen. The orange scent really makes the house smell fresh and clean.
Also want to say that my tech, Cedric, was very professional, very personable and courteous and did a great job. He represents Zerorez very well.
There is more carpet to be cleaned in my new house and when the time comes, I want Cedric and Zerorez to clean it.

Cedric, the technician, was very personable and explained what he was going to do and how the cleaning process works. I had the carpets and tile cleaned and they look great. Also, the carpet was dry within 5 hours.

Mark and Todd came in, double checked what I had ordered for services and inspected those areas. They took great care of the house while cleaning the carpets and tile flooring (covered the open doorway, protected the corners of walls, wore shoe protectors, etc). I noticed an immediate difference in the color and appearance of our tile and grout. The carpets look and smell great and were dry to the touch within about 7 hours.
