The service call went as planned with a 3 hour window and call 15 minutes before they arrived. Collin Skinner, technican, explained the procedure, timeframe and recommended dry time. We walked through the rooms and discussed specific stained areas for additional treatment. Soda stains in the basement carpet were 95% removed with an additional treatment.. (A previous company was not able to remove the stains). 3 bedrooms and partial basement were completely in 1.5 hours. They took care in placing corner guards in our hallway and down our stairs to protect the walls. Collin has us inspect and review the rooms to make certain we were satisfied with the cleaning before they packed up their equipment. We will definitely use Zerorez for any future carpet, hardwood or tile cleaning.
