Our tech Colin Skinner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He arrived early and was in and out in no time with no mess! The product had a light, clean scent and we were very pleased with the results, however in our family room where we had a dog accident (the main reason for having the carpets cleaned) it seems like the cleaning pulled up some piece of fecal matter that were down in the carpet. The accident occurred while we were on vacation and someone was house sitting. We were not aware of the degree of the accident. Very frustrating! We are planning on calling Monday morning to have someone come out and clean again under the 30 day guarantee. We will most definitely recommend ZEROREZ to friends and family in the future.
