Cannot recommend enough. Excellent customer service, appointment was very easy to setup, technician communicated arrival time well. Our technician, Colin, went above and beyond to explain the process as well as set reasonable expectations of our results (our carpets are 15 years old so we didn't expect a miracle). We will ask for him the next time.
Regarding the process, it did a great job and our carpets were dry (with ceiling fans running) in about six hours. And I cannot believe how nice they now look. I wish I had before/after photos.

Zerorez is FABULOUS! Remington was very professional and courteous. I had a guest in my home who brought a dog with her. There was an odor in my home that I could not remove. Remington took his time, treated the carpets and cleaned my bedroom carpets until we could no longer smell the odor. Thank you Zerorez!!!!
