My first experience was wonderful. this time was fine. I truly liked Collin and dont want to get him in any trouble because he is sweet but when he left my carpet was super wet for a long time
That was mot an issue first time . I asked him if he moved furniture because i really moved everything i could out of the way but the couch so he did at the final walk thru. 2 of my rooms where completely empty so that was not an issue. As i will still recommend your company the satisfaction was not the same as the last time

The carpet cleaning only uses water and is effective. It removes stains that other processes could not. The tech we had was professional and courteous.
