My son used ZEROREZ of St. Louis for carpet cleaning in the past and was very pleased with the results. He just moved into an older house and had them come and clean the air ducts. They were amazed how much stuff came out of the air ducts.
With my allergies, I decided to schedule an air duct cleaning.The technician arrived and explained what he was going to do when he came in. A little later he asked to talk with me. He showed me that my air duct system was pretty clean and suggested that he sanitize the system (which helps with allergies also) instead of the air duct cleaning. The difference in the two processes saved me about $180.00. He could have showed me someone else's air duct pictures but he was honest. That is refreshing in this day and age of people scamming you. The technician was very polite, courteous and professional.

I had my carpet and air ducts cleaned. Both technicians I worked with were extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a couple stains that reappeared after the first cleaning which I had been warned about due to the nature of the stains. I called customer service, the representative was very courteous, and worked around my schedule to get the technician out to retreat the stains. I have not had any issues since then. I highly recommend this company.
